Master M.F. Muhammad the 16-year-old Swimmer from Zahira College, has established himself as dominant force in Sri Lankan swimming. He achieved the pinnacle of success, clinching five gold medals in five events – a feat that has captured the imagination of swimming enthusiasts across the nation at the National and Junior National Short Course Championship which was held at the Isipathana College Swimming Pool Complex from 04th to 08th December 2024. He became the Senior National Overall Champion at the above meet.

- 100m Breast Stroke – Gold Medal
- 200m Breast Stroke – Gold Medal
- 200m Individual Medley – Gold Medal
- 100m Individual Medley – Gold Medal
Additionally, there were some notable achievements at the Junior National by Master A.R.Muhammed

- 50m Breast Stroke – Bronze Medal
Master M.A.Abdur Rahman 200m Butterfly Stroke – Bronze Medal (100m Butterfly Stroke – 7th Place)
Master M.R.M.Kaleemullah 50m Breast Stroke – 4th Place
Zahira College Swimming Team became overall 10th place at the above meet.
